Personalize It Israel is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. The Corporate Gifting Page — Analytics & Business-Lead Communications

This section applies to our corporate gifting page and the business inquiries that come through it.

What we collect there. To enter the corporate page you provide a work email. If you request a quote, you may also share your name, company, phone, and notes. While you browse, we collect how the page is used: which sections you view and for how long, scrolling and taps, choices made in the gift configurator (including quantity ranges), your language preference, how often and when you visit, and how you arrived (e.g., a campaign link). Our analytics providers also process basic technical data — device and browser type, and approximate (city-level) location.

Session recordings and heatmaps — Microsoft Clarity. We use Microsoft Clarity to view visual replays of page sessions (mouse movement, scrolling, taps) and aggregated heatmaps, so we can see where the page helps and where it frustrates. Anything typed into form fields is masked by default and never captured in recordings. If you have entered your email at the gate, we link your sessions to your inquiry using a masked identifier, so we can prepare properly before responding to you. Clarity is operated by Microsoft; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement for their handling.

Usage analytics — Google Analytics 4. We measure overall page performance — visits, engagement time, and the steps visitors take. We use hashed (non-readable) identifiers with Google Analytics; your email address itself is never sent to Google Analytics.

Lead records and email — Brevo. When you enter your email on the corporate page, we create a contact record in Brevo, our email and customer-relationship platform. It holds your email, your corporate-page activity, your language preference, and your communication choices, and it is what we use to reply to and follow up on your inquiry.

How we use this ("engagement insight"). We use corporate-page activity to understand which businesses are seriously exploring our gifting — for example, repeat visits or time spent reviewing packages — as a simple internal relevance score. It helps us decide who to follow up with personally, when, and what to mention, so our follow-up is useful rather than generic. It never affects pricing, availability, or the service you receive. You may ask at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it.

Marketing emails. We send marketing emails about corporate gifting only if you opted in at the gate or otherwise asked us to. Every marketing email is labeled as advertising (פרסומת) and contains a working unsubscribe. Removal requests are honored and confirmed within 30 days. Replies about your own quote or request are service correspondence, not marketing.

Retention. Clarity session recordings are held by Microsoft on a short rolling basis (weeks to a few months); aggregated heatmap data up to about 13 months. Google Analytics user-level data is retained for up to 14 months. Brevo lead records are kept while our conversation is relevant, and we remove corporate-lead records that have been inactive for 24 months. Quote correspondence is kept as an ordinary business record.

Where the data lives. Clarity (Microsoft) and Google Analytics may process data in the United States; Brevo processes data in the European Union. Each provider acts as our service provider — we never sell your details.
