Returns & Refund Policy

At Personalize It Israel, most of our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each order. Because of this, our return policy is as follows:

Personalized Items

All personalized and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

⚠️ Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order, as personalized items cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded once production has begun.

Non-Personalized Items

Non-personalized, non-seasonal items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • It is returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Seasonal Items

Seasonal products (such as Purim arrangements or holiday-specific items) are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution, such as:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund (if applicable)

Please include photos and order details when reaching out.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at:

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Additional Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Gift cards are non-refundable
