At Personalize It Israel, each order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives beautifully and on time.
We offer the following delivery options:
Pickup (Jerusalem)
Complimentary pickup is available from our Jerusalem location.
You will be notified once your order is ready for collection.
Local Delivery (Jerusalem)
We offer dedicated local delivery within Jerusalem.
- Delivery timing will be coordinated where possible
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order
Nationwide Courier Delivery
We deliver across Israel via a trusted courier service.
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Tracking details will be provided when available
Delivery Guidelines
To ensure a smooth delivery experience:
- Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including contact details
- Orders with missing or incorrect address information may result in delays or failed delivery
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, any additional delivery or reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Responsibility
If no one is available to receive the package, the courier may leave the order at the door, building entrance, or a designated safe location, or redirect it to a pickup point.
📦 Once a delivery is marked as completed by the courier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
We are unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen items after delivery has been confirmed.
Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to high demand periods, courier operations, or external factors beyond our control.
